I emailed regarding a replacement for this piece that snapped while I was putting it on to later with other bracelets and I have not gotten a response yet. I got the bracelet on Monday and by Saturday it snapped.

bracelet looks sick! lobster clasp is a bit difficult to use though
very cool and awesome bracelet! its the last one in my image attached. showered and done lots of hard work with them on, and they always stay looking fresh B) my cat also clawed it by accident and it didnt snap or anything, so yeah, good stuff and good price
very high quality stuff, ive showered with these guys and they never tarnish or get rusty or whatever issue fake non-waterproof jewelry has. got two of these ball bracelets, this is the loose fit im reviewing. unfortunately im pretty skinny but im able to connect it to their link bracelet (also from hard jewelry) and it just looks like a double bracelet :) very awesome
honestly love this bracelet! it fits perfectly, isn’t too heavy, and looks shiny, simple, and chic without being too much. my only issue was the delayed shipping and poor email communication, but the bracelet itself is really good!
My son really enjoys the jewelry we order but this particular item runs small so keep that in mind if you order. I realized it starts “fitted” but it’s real “fitted” ! It is well made though.

I like this bracelet a lot, I really do, my only issue with it is that it doesn’t come in bigger sizes so this thing is kinda hard to put on. Other than that though good work.
